We are looking for the best junior teacher in Vilnius and Kaunas.

WE EXPECT THAT:

You have experience with pre-school children
You are working towards a teaching qualification (flexible work/study combination) or already have one

NATURE OF WORK:

Directly assisting the teacher in the preparation of lessons
Assisting the teacher during classes

Eureka is a place where many different people meet, but with a common goal. I believe that every Eureka teacher believes that the future of the world is growing in their classroom. Teachers share their experiences and ideas here, so you always feel the support of your colleagues and a helping hand is extended. Not to mention the little discoverers of Eureka! They'll never let you be sad and make your day a rollercoaster ride.

In Eureka, there is a clear division of labour between teachers, administrators and managers. I also feel motivated because I feel that my work is valued - this is reflected in the feedback from children, parents and colleagues. Then I know that I am doing a job that is of great value.

I started my journey as a teacher in Eureka less than two years ago. The beginning of the journey was frightening, full of surprises and challenges, but also very rewarding and exciting. I came here with an endless desire to educate, to see, to understand, to hear and sometimes just to be together. To be there because that is what children need most. Working in a unique team of teachers with even more unique children has transformed many fears into new experiences, goals and aspirations. I am still scared now. Only now the fears are different. Now I am not afraid that we will not learn to write written letters in time. Now I fear that I may not see or hear the child when he needs me to be there. So far, these fears have not been confirmed - I am, I see, I hear and I am very happy about it. It's good to be here.

It's a great pleasure to work in this school! Eureka is not only a place where I can educate my students, but it is a community where I meet unique people, creativity and the freedom to be myself. It is a place where I can put my pedagogical skills into practice and educate the younger generation using different educational methodologies. I am happy to be part of Eureka!

I joined Eureka in 2021 and during these 4 years I have had the opportunity to learn and develop in my career as a Deputy Education Officer. Working here is a great adventure of a lifetime. The children share unconditional love and trust with me, which gives me the motivation to be a better teacher! The support of the parents makes me feel like part of a big family! I truly believe in what we do and I am convinced that discovery-based education helps children to develop as individuals, learning about themselves and the world around them. A bilingual environment allows children to not only learn English but also to develop their cultural horizons.
