Who are we?
We are education enthusiasts with a long-term vision who founded the first early education school in Lithuania in 2018. Eureka grows with the children and in 2023 we happily opened the doors for the primary school students.
Why do we do this?
We think that the basis of the world’s sustainable development is learning evolution. We believe that Eureka contributes to this global change by providing modern education and continuous improvement.
The uniqueness of Eureka
Discovery Based Education
It is unique due to the systematically created conditions that allow children to discover something new every day: an object, phenomenon, natural feature, emotion, country, etc. This creates a continuous and engaging experience of exploring the world, encouraging the little explorer to be curious, eager to learn, and discover.
Bilingual Education
Children at Eureka learn a second language daily, naturally, just like their native language – by absorbing it from the verbal environment and real-life situations. To encourage such language practice, teachers present at least 20% of the content in English every day.
All-day School
We have developed a model of an all-day school where children have an opportunity to improve in one place. In our school, children not only study according to Eureka’s program but also have time to relax, participate in non-formal education, receive individual consultations, communicate with friends and eat healthy food.
The concept of Harmonious Education
It is a holistic system for developing the personality of a modern child, implemented by harmonizing different educational dimensions.
Sustainable Thinking Education
In Eureka, the integrated educational content is based on the sustainability goals set by the United Nations. We learn sustainability principles through a connection with nature and the environment, the use of recycled materials, and project-based activities. Eureka’s environment, unique educational tools, and professional teachers encourage children not only to boldly explore the world but also to understand the importance of friendship between humans and nature.
Modern Environment
Eureka’s spaces are adapted to the needs of the little discoverers and their educational activities. Children have not only modern classrooms and active activity spaces but also enclosed courtyards designed for the little ones.
Mission
We aim for every child at Eureka, by exploring themselves and the world around them, to cultivate their unique personality.

A rapidly growing community
Eureka started in Kaunas when we opened our first early childhood classroom in 2018. Since then, we have grown into an international community of more than 300 families. Our organization employs over 100 professionals and modern education enthusiasts who contribute to fulfilling Eureka’s mission every day by fostering the school’s values. And we continue to grow—both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Sustainability manifest
We believe that sustainability is not a final goal, but rather a continuous path of growth and improvement. After achieving our set goals, we always strive for new, even more ambitious heights. But what does this look like in Eureka’s daily activities?
At school, we carefully sort waste and use recycled materials to create interesting and useful educational activities. We all conserve energy together while also caring for and nurturing the school’s green spaces.
We use paper sparingly, writing on both sides and storing unused paper in separate boxes so that we can use it in the future. We choose environmentally friendly cleaning products to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
